Years ago something happened to me
that changed my life forever. Back then, I was a just a high
school student at Plymouth-Salem High School when I developed
very painful migraines. In my case the headaches came on
suddenly, and were occurring just about everyday. The pain
was so intense most days I had to leave school early. It
was starting to affect every aspect of my life. The pain
was so bad I even thought about quitting the varsity tennis
team. After consulting with numerous doctors, and being
given medications that didn't help (and actually made me
feel worse), I thought I was going to have to give up.
A friend of mine convinced me to give a chiropractor
a try. The chiropractor did an exam, took some films, and then “adjusted”
my spine. The adjustment didn’t hurt, it actually felt good.
I got relief from the pain, and had fewer headaches throughout the
week. I was able to remain on the tennis team. It worked so well
that I went to chiropractic school myself. My chiropractor, Dr. Bob Potter in Canton, MI, changed my life forever.
